I was greatly impressed with the comfort of Casa Ocean. The hotel was so quiet our entire trip (7 nights in 210). The bed, pillows and towels (they even supply beach towels) were all great quality. I would definitely stay again. A luggage holder would be a welcome touch as there wasn't enough clothes storage for two people. The bathroom needs a bit of a cosmetic touch-up though. The roof panel is rusting, the sink faucet is peeling, shower pressure was dismal (though I guess thats what happens so close to the beach) and it was very awkward that bathroom door wouldn't fully open because of the bed. Close to so many food options and we walked to many of the shops around the area too.

The hotel was nice BUT! We were there 5 days and no TV service. We told the one staff member and she objected saying nothing was wrong but she had maintenance look at it and it still kept doing the same thing. We weren’t there to watch TV but after a long day in the sun, walking and the beach, we wanted to relax and watch a movie. No dressers in the room. Had to leave all our clothes in the suitcases. There was NO microwave in the room or in the lobby, couldn’t heat up leftovers. Nothing for the beach, like chairs or umbrellas for guests to use. You can only reach staff via a QR code and they text you back. The AC thermostat was locked. We could not adjust it. As we were checking out, I noticed the house keeper putting the clean linens on the floor. If you’re looking for these things for your stay… I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here. This was our 39th wedding anniversary and the room was definitely disappointing.

The bed was fabulous and the room was overall fine. The front desk lady was very rude and also on our last day before check out, there was an extremely loud domestic altercation in the room next to us with yelling, screaming, and cussing that went on for nearly 2 hours. The front desk lady was present on the property and did not do anything about it. When i mentioned it she said all i had to do was press a button by the door. Or how about you call the police so your guests are not disrupted? There were GUESTS knocking on the room door of the people fighting and telling them to stop. Won’t be back due to the front desk attendant. Not paying $200 a night to hear ghetto screaming and yelling all morning, then deal with a rude front desk woman.
