Staff is great cecila, Ashley, Claudua, Ilana, and Daniel are friendly, helpful and kind they are great people. I love the cleaniless of the hotel, new luggage carts bigger the old type would be appreciated, and the carpet needs to change or a good shampoo since dogs are allowed.

A nice enough place to sleep.
Not obvious enough that the airport shuttle needs to be scheduled. Making sure that this is obvious pre booking avoids unnecessary frustration for guests once they are trying to get to you after a long day of travel and can avoid them standing for long periods of time at the airport waiting for a shuttle that will never come. A couple of bottles of water would have been a very nice touch. There is a coffee machine in the room but no water to make even 1 cup if I wanted to.
