The property is nice and clean. It’s a very nice building with great security. Just a little loud with the train that goes right next to the building.

One nighter and a few quirk's
This stay was a one nighter for a quick trip down and back. Upon finding the location and arriving at 3:55pm we checked in to find out we could not get keys and parking pass until right at 4pm. This was a surprise considering normal stays allow some fluctuation in time by 30 or so minutes. We finally got keys around 4:30pm and arrived in the apartment needing to get on WiFi (tip to get this as soon as you check in). We gave up on WiFi and headed out to the design district with plenty of restaurants and shops in a half mile walk! The apartment is newer and has a great modern vibe..there is no free breakfast only free coffee until 9am. The balcony wraps around the corner to show a view of the north side of Biscayne bay. A few more quirks about this apartment is the sink is slow draining in the kitchen and it has a Nespresso machine with pods provided so no need to walk downstairs for the coffee. Good stay but a few quirks to know I wanted to share with future VRBO guest.
