Stayed in the room for three night, each night had a different unwanted guest from roaches to moths. Microwave had a roach crawling on my food. Found them in the bathtube, counter, Microwave, bed. My original stay was 4 nights and i couldn't stay there any longer.

I checked out on the same day and have not received a full refund. The room was unacceptable: the floor carpet was dirty with stains, there was a bad odor, and the noise from the nearby freeway made it impossible to open the windows. Additionally, the room had bedbugs, and I was bitten badly. I could not tolerate staying in the room and checked out within an hour. The manager assured me of a full refund, which I have yet to receive. Overall, it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, even for just one hour.

Awful. My room had roaches and mold and the fact that i was only there for 1 hour, they refusedddd to refund me fully. They did give me a partial refund which is better than nothing but they really need to shut down this property. The mold smell is so strong and thats very unsafe. This hotel is a health hazard . I will never ever ever stay here again. Im very disatisfied that they didnt fully refund me. I do not recommend ANYONE staying here. Disgusting
