Botanical Villa Centrally Located to Everything

This uniquely beautiful duplex villa sits in one of the most historic neighborhoods in Miami. This villa is centrally located. 9 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from South Beach, 10 minutes from Brickell, & 9 minutes from Wynwood. We will also be offering bed-and-breakfast with a tasty menu that will provide breakfast, lunch, & dinner. So much to do that is close to the villa such as: Jet Boating, Art Museums, Sailing, Day Cruises, Shopping Malls & more. There are plenty of restaurants close by within walking distance.

This space has a pool, jacuzzi, outside shower, 2 outside kitchens, a fire pit and various different styles of seating. The place is covered in stunningly beautiful artwork. The furniture is original Chesterfield along with marble tables. The kitchen has a solid butcher block designed with a very open modern aesthetic. Each unit has it very own dedicated workspace. The best part about this villa is the custom paintings all over the property. The artwork is beyond beautiful and make for great photos and social media worthy.

Guest will have access to all common area amenities. Since there are 2 kitchens, we would advise guest to respect each others space and stay within their own space.

This villa is not suitable for ANY types of events, parties, or family gatherings. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE. We will not tolerate any sort loud disturbances. In the event any of these rules are broken, we will cancel your reservation immediately.

This bed & breakfast offers its guests an outdoor pool and a spa tub. Free breakfast is served. This bed & breakfast also features barbecue grills, a garden, and local meal delivery service.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Miami bed & breakfast.
