Our door lock was broken so we were happy to just be staying over night. Staff didnt really help with any luggage but as we were leaving he was very conversational. No towels bath room could have been more maintained and cleaner

Mi peor experiencia de un hotel en el mundo. Ni siquiera nos podíamos quedar a dormir.yo tenía 2 habitaciones,la mía no tenía aire acondicionado y estaba asquerosamente sucia,la lámpara de luz rota y sin baterías los controles del aire acondicionado. La otra habitación era otro desastre,no nos la pudieron dar porque está rota y me dieron otra con literas,cuando entramos el manubrio de la puerta está roto y nos quedamos con el en la mano.Ademas de no tener luz en la recepción no trataron nunca con mantenimiento de reparar la situación y menos una disculpa.Ese hotel está en condiciones para clausura,no deberían hospedarse nadie ahí por las condiciones insalubres que ahí. Necesito me contacte Servicio al Cliente para un reembolso.

Great location! Close to the beach! And great restaurants! No need for car rental if you want to go to the beach ! Friendly staff! Fresh towel every day if you ask ! Good water pressure in Tahoe shower ! Comfortable beds! Hotel need updates but perfect for short stays!

Overall- for a semi-cheap fast and convenient place. This is it. 5 minutes walk to the beach- 5 minutes walk to ocean drive. All great. Parking needs to be paid so prepare, paint chipping off the wall, you can see where water stains are and has been painted over. Probably mold underneath or what might be. Our unit bathroom and walk in shower was not clean properly, or it might have been but it looks dirty anyways. There is, again, something to say about the convenience of the location.

The toilet in the first room was out of order, so the staff helped us to switch to another. However, the new room was very damp, with water seeping from the floor, terrible smell, and a moldy air conditioner. That said, the location was great. Maybe it's not fair to expect too much at this price, but I wouldn't stay here again.

There were wires hanging out of the light switch. The light in the bathroom did not work so they just put a lamp that worked half the time plugged into an extention cord. There was mold around the tub and on the ceilings.

Unfortunately, they were remodeling at the time so we ran into several problems, which they finally took care the last day of our stay, the night staff never solve anything, so I had to wait till the morning to talk to the managerwho was always willing to help out
