This 1 Bedroom modern condo suite accommodates 4 people comfortably, with 1 Queen size bed, 1 Full size bed and an extra twin size futon. It has gorgeous sparkling porcelain tile floors throughout, a modern living room and dining area, flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, heating and air conditioning, seating area, dressing room, sofa, wardrobe/closet, fold-up bed, cleaning products, clothes rack and an extra stocked linen closet, packed with extra towels, blankets and an iron / ironing board. 1.5 Bathrooms include toiletries, hairdryer, scale and towels. Fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances – including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop/oven, and stocked with everything you need - utensils, plates, cups, cooking pots and pans, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, etc. to give you all the comforts of home and an expansive balcony, overlooking Heritage Park!

*** The room occupancy is only allowed the maximum of 4 adults only or 4 adults plus 1 child below 3 yrs old (for free). Any party exceeded the maximum occupancy will not be accommodated or reservation will be decline from the front desk.
- Check in time is ONLY from 4PM to 10PM. Late check-ins will have to pay $50. Late check-ins will have to claim their wristbands from the Front Desk on the following day.

- RESORT FEE:
There will be a $51.50 fee per reservation (one time fee only.) Includes 2 fobs. Extra fobs can be obtained for an optional fee of $10 each. Guests are required to wear provided wristbands at all times to access amenities. -A mandatory 4% credit card processing fee applies. This fee is non-refundable for cancellation at anytime, regardless of the cancellation policy.

Great family trip
I stayed at the condo with my 3 kids. The building and location was great. The condo had all the necessary amenities; towels, kitchen accessories, bedding etc.. The condo could benefit from some updates (remove the carpet, fresh coat of paint) but it was fine for our week long stay there.

Le gestionnaire nous a traité comme des simples d'esprit.
Le stationnement était inclus dans la location. Des instructions nous ont été transmises mais plusieurs sections n'étaient pas accessibles. Il nous fallait un laisser-passer pour le stationnement mais les locataires précédents l'avaient emporté avec eux. Il nous a fallut 2 hrs pour réussir à parler avec un gestionnaire. Le propriétaire nous a traité comme des gens sans intelligence qui ne connaissaient rien. Au final, après 72 hrs de pourparlers, nous avons dû débourser un bon montant supplémentaire pour avoir le droit de stationner notre véhicule. Un gestionnaire nous avait promis un remboursement qui n'a jamais fait. Ne faites pas confiance à ces gens. Le service est déficient et ils ne respectent pas leur parole. Ils ont ruiné nos vacances
