Very small room, clean, modern, comfortable. Location is great. However it is way too small, not even much space to walk around the bed. The window is also sealed, just a vent. If you are claustrophobic, you will not enjoy this place. There is also no elevator in the building and going up the stairs and dealing with altitude can be hard.

Stayed here for 3 days - the property is on a very unassuming street, but once inside, the hotel is actually very nice, clean, and has security at the front as well. My room was clean, had A/C, even a TV with streaming services. This is an amazing find for the price. Special shout out to Javi for being a great host. Would return here! Only thing to note - for those sensitive to noise, hotel is on a busy street, but the hotel does even provide earplugs in the room.

amazing stay at ULIV 8-AUG to 12-AUG.
Our stay at ULIV Roma Norte was great. We cannot say enough about the cleanliness or the hospitality of Javi and Jorge. It was blocks away from some of the best restaurants and cafes. The security was amazing and also so friendly. We would stay again in a heart beat. We loved our first time in CDMX and our stay here is in part what made it so great. Highly recommend!

My stay at ULIV was perfect! Absolutely unbeatable location in the booming Roma Norte neighborhood. Javi was too notch in making me feel welcome and provided clear communication and recommendations. We very much enjoyed our stay in ULIV. The management of this property is excellent. Two days before arriving, they contacted me via Expedia and Whatsapp to confirm my arrival time and to offer any needed assistance. Upon arriving, the property manager and the front desk security guard helped with our suitcases and made us feel at home. The building itself is very modern and clean. Our apartment had all of the amendinities you could ask for - complete kitchen, dining table, 2 TVs with streaming, 2 complete bathrooms, and great A/C. Our only challenge is that the beds are a bit tight for two people. What helps us a lot was that there are washers and dryers you can use on the 5th floor. Also ULIV is centrally located and walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. ULIV was a great place for my family.

Really love the property it has everything you need. Pretty safe to walk to restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. I loved the roof patio it has a small workout room and washer and dryer for your convenience. The property is very modern. They offer great amenities for what you pay for. The only I dint like was the stairs but after all the meals it was great for cardio. Not a deal killer for me. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Mexico City.
