The staff at ULIV were so friendly and so helpful. They gave great recommendations and were available 24/7 on site which felt very safe. The neighborhood is fantastic for accessing all the shops and restaurants and is walkable to many places. I had a brilliant stay!

I enjoyed the stay and interior design of the property. It is a relatively new building with modern design that stands out from the local architecture. The neighborhood was cool and was close to Avenida Obregon where you can simply walk to a bunch of bars and great restaurants. I saw reviews of people saying their hotels were located on loud busy streets, I dont think this was the case at ULIV Roma Norte. Shout out to Javi as he was insightful and helpful during our stay. The only thing I didn't like about my stay was having to leave! haha.

Stay was awesome. Super clean. No filtered water but I bought 2 big bottles for drinking and brushing my teeth. Shower was great. Hot water. Nice pressure. Bed was super comfy. No real street noise or noise from neighbors. I arrived early and Javi gave me some great recommendations for breakfast while I waited for my room to be ready. Javi sent me more recommendations and also messaged me when my room was ready. I will be staying here on all my future visits!

It was a nice place but there were a few things that were bad, if you have luggage then prepare to walk up a narrow staircase. The room is just a bed and bathroom, no space to put your luggage. If you have carry on then it’s the perfect place.

Very small room, clean, modern, comfortable. Location is great. However it is way too small, not even much space to walk around the bed. The window is also sealed, just a vent. If you are claustrophobic, you will not enjoy this place. There is also no elevator in the building and going up the stairs and dealing with altitude can be hard.

Stayed here for 3 days - the property is on a very unassuming street, but once inside, the hotel is actually very nice, clean, and has security at the front as well. My room was clean, had A/C, even a TV with streaming services. This is an amazing find for the price. Special shout out to Javi for being a great host. Would return here! Only thing to note - for those sensitive to noise, hotel is on a busy street, but the hotel does even provide earplugs in the room.

amazing stay at ULIV 8-AUG to 12-AUG.
Our stay at ULIV Roma Norte was great. We cannot say enough about the cleanliness or the hospitality of Javi and Jorge. It was blocks away from some of the best restaurants and cafes. The security was amazing and also so friendly. We would stay again in a heart beat. We loved our first time in CDMX and our stay here is in part what made it so great. Highly recommend!

My stay at ULIV was perfect! Absolutely unbeatable location in the booming Roma Norte neighborhood. Javi was too notch in making me feel welcome and provided clear communication and recommendations. It's a unique experience at ULIV. They live up to their name, I felt like I really lived there in my own studio apt. Highly recommend staying here!
