The bathroom light of the room could not be turned off. The staff tried to fix it from midnight to 1:00 o’clock we could not sleep. The concierge Diego said that he would send an email offering an upgrade on our next stay, but he said we had to take his word for it….

Beautiful Hotel, with an amazing rooftop bar, & pool. This hotel is only an 8 min walk to the best bar in the world, according to 50 Best Bars, Handshake Speakeasy. The breakfast that was included for free, had the best French Toast I ever had outside of the US. I had a beautiful room, with a view of the Angel of Mexico, but I felt was if the room with the view wasn’t worth it…. The windows of the hotel were so dirty, I couldn’t take a decent picture of the Angle or the city from my room. Save your money, book a room without the view, & just go up to the rooftop at sunset, for great photos, & decent drinks.
