Our room (in the business tower) was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond, over and over again, to meet our every need. We loved the dining options, the breakfast, the fitness center, and the lobby bar. Location is exceptional. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location of this property is great. Easy walkability to sites and access to rides. Love that it’s right by the Angel of Independence. The lobby is nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Oscar at concierge was very knowledgeable and gave tons of advice and recommendations. The only negatives were the room and breakfast. The room definitely needs updating. There were old fixtures in the bathrooms, curtains that were falling off the track, scuffs on the furniture, etc. Also, I do not recommend paying for the buffet breakfast unless it’s included. It was not worth the price we paid. All in all, it was a decent stay.

Large hotel on Reforma right next to the US embassy, Angel of Independence statue and the Sofitel hotel. We were on the 19th floor on Tower 1 with access to the lounge on top. Views from our room were very good. We went up to the lounge for breakfast. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable. We walked to Chapultepec Park, Condessa and Roma Norte. Easy to get an Uber. Staff were friendly and helpful.
