It was hard to find the property at first since it does not have the name listed outside, but the man with the short hair was always very accommodating from the very start. He walked all the way to where we were so he could guide us to the building. Additionally, he would answer any questions we had regarding local places and the best ways to get there, even about local food. With that said, the rooms were very small as well as some of the common areas. Overall, the staff made it better.

Llegué al lugar donde había reservado para 4 personas y la aplicación me cobró 4 y solo había para 1 persona, el hotel se lavó las manos diciendo que era solo problema de la app, tampoco me resolvieron alojándome en otro lugar porque “estaban llenos” y la aplicación como siempre, no resuelven nada, en fin, perdí el dinero de la reservación y tampoco dormí en el lugar 😃👍

Todo iba bien hasta mis últimas dos noches. Se fue la luz y como no tienen gas me tuve que ir a bañar a otro sitio y mi última noche descubrimos los del cuarto mixto que hay una plaga de chinches. El empleado no se hizo responsable de nada y solamente dio excusas. No me vuelvo a hospedar ahí

Las sábanas olían a humedad y el piso rechina terrible, podías oír a todos caminando. La iluminación del cuarto es malísima y las regaderas están en el piso de abajo. Lo único bueno es la ubicación, está a una cuadra del Pepsi center.

Al momento del Check-in se nos informó que el dormitorio que reservamos fue ocupado a causa de un error en el registro de la reservación por parte de la app de Expedia. Por lo que fuimos reubicados a otro Roomie Service. Afortunadamente nos dieron una solución, pero no es confiable reservar por Expedia

Gran lugar, está bien ubicada y son atentos al permitir la entrada en cualquier momento. Es importante contemplar que los baños son compartidos y en la habitación proporcionan toallas.

Excelente personal, no tan bueno edificio
Al principio fue difícil encontrar la propiedad, ya que no tiene el nombre indicado en el exterior, pero el hombre de pelo corto siempre fue muy servicial desde el principio. Caminó hasta donde estábamos para poder guiarnos hasta el edificio. Además, respondió a todas las preguntas que teníamos sobre los lugares locales y las mejores formas de llegar, incluso sobre la comida local. Dicho esto, las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas.

En general está bien; solamente tuve dificultades con las regaderas. No entiendo dónde se supone que ponga mi ropa para que no se moje y la luz de la parte de hasta arriba no funcionó. Si tengo la oportunidad, me volveré a hospedar ahí.
