The are of Roma Norte is lovely and the hotel is well located and has a charming decor, but it want very clean, there was no hot water and the rooms are on the first floor and face the street so it is incredibly noisy. Overall it was functional and safe but the noise and lack of amenities was a big deawback

Excelente estancia, Miguel es un excelente anfitrión, muy amable y nos apoyo desde antes del checkin. El lugar es muy bonito y muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda y la decoración muy linda. Definitivamente nos volveremos a hospedar en Hotel Kaktus la próxima vez que regresemos a Cdmx. Muy recomendable

La ubicación es buena, pero está vez que fui esa zona la note insegura, poco iluminada y había tramos en construcción. El lugar es bueno, pero con el calor si es un poco complicado, el primer día la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada, pero fueron a solucionar el problema de firma rápida :)

En general el lugar está ubicado en una buena zona, el anfitrión es muy amable. Si solo es para llegar a dormir esta muy bien ya que la recámara es muy caliente ya que no cuenta con ventilación natural , solo un ventilador dentro de esta, también cabe mencionar que no hacen limpieza de la recámara en tu estancia por varios días. Pero en General esta bien.

Es una muy buena opción para conocer la ciudad, la ubicación es lo mejor del lugar, ya que puedes ir caminando a muchos lugares. La única observación pero ya es hilar muy delgado es que como la ventana está sellada a veces si hace falta un poco de aire natural para refrescar el ambiente.

En General ACEPTABLE; realmente si buscas un lugar para llegar a la hora que quieras; ver TV la hora que quieras; o no te gusta la oscuridad..... no es el lugar adecuado, la estancia pide Respetar Esas reglas y al no respetarlas te cobran 50 dólares , que en realidad no fue nuestro caso. No se si sufre de agua pero nos quedamos sin agua una noche y parte del día... no hay recepción, todo es con el gran amigo Mike. De ahí en fuera está en "buena zona". 👍 RECOMENDABLE
