Good overall experience staying Kukun. It was an easy walk to get the many local sites. The only down side was no central air in my room and property staff does not hold luggage for early arrival/ late departure situations. Thank you.

Only complaint is for housekeeping, my wife and I,(mostly my wife) did all the cleaning we had to get our own towels and coffee never got sheets even tho we asked several times traded in all my towels and only received 2 back.(hopefully they dont think i took them itchy towels). 2 hours before check out i finally was offered the coffee from 5 days earlier with an apology.

the room is nice and clean the conditions are great and staff very friendly but the noisy outside was horrible I was like night club inside the my room the soonest I got in my room I saw the ears plugs! I know was in trouble I was on the second floor for reference

Great location and building. It is very safe. Guard upfront and you must have key fob. Only downfall is communication is through app and they don’t respond right away. So if you need towels or anything else you won’t get a response right away. Other than that the rooms are spacious with small kitchen and great view from the top. 15-20 minute walk to the Zocalo, very convenient.

Don't let the few reviews fool you , this is a pretty new building, with great amenities from a pool, gym and laundry room. Very welcoming front desk and most things in the area are of easy access. I will definitely be back

Las habitación está increíble, las amenidades tambien. Pero es muy ruidoso. Se oye todo lo de las oficinas y todo el tráfico de la calle, desde las 6:00 AM empiezan los calzones de los coches. A pesar de tener cortinas black out hay una separación y entre un rayo de luz muy molesto, toda la noche.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí, la primera vez fue increíble, el lugar esta muy bien ubicado pero esta segunda vez tuvimos un tema con la limpieza ya que había sangre en las paredes, al comunicárselo a la persona que se encontraba en recepción se portó indiferente y hasta grosera, al final pude comunicarme con alguien de los administradores quien amablemente nos cambió de habitación pero está segunda estaba sucia, si arreglan los problemas con la limpieza el lugar es lindo y en muy buena ubicación .
