The property is located in a great location, but you pay a lot just for that. The stuff and service are great but the room is honestly not that nice. It has only one window that faces a wall. In my opinion, a bit depressing. The hotel is not big deal at all. So if the only thing you really care about is location and you’re willing to pay much more than all the other boutique hotels in Polanco, then this is the place for you.

The staff are wonderful! The location is superb, the food is excellent. Only complaint is the doors are not soundproof so we kept hearing the neighboring guests opening and closing doors at all hours.

This hotel is a real find. All is at the highest level. I originally booked for 4 days but ended up staying for 3 weeks. The location is just great, the staff is very attentive, efficient, sincere and friendly. Any request or wish is not ignored. The stay looks like you are the main guest in the hotel.

I was sick during much of my stay and the staff went above and beyond for my comfort level including offering to call doctors and picking up medicine. I’ve stayed in many luxury resorts but this one as the best for the service. Will definitely stay again!

Understated Luxury and High-End Design
The hotel is in a beautiful, wooded neighborhood with lovely stores and great restaurants. The room was deceptively simple in design but exquisite in execution with flavors of Aztec and Spanish design elements. It felt like staying in a luxury Mexican villa.
