The rooms are dated. AC and extractor were making noises. The bathroom door was broken and I couldn't close it. The telephone didn't work, I guess because I presented my complaint for the first room I was given. The second room did not make a difference but I was too busy to switch to another hotel. Went I complained about the noise that the extractor was doing I was told by the receptionist. I will send someone to fix it. 20 minutes later I went to the front desk to learn that they didn't have someone to fix the problem. The only good thing of the place is the restaurant. The rest, unfortunately is terrible. Never stay in this property again. Worst experience in Mexico.

I was recommended this hotel while in town and gave it two chances. Both times, they failed to meet my expectations, mainly because of the reception. I found them to be very unhelpful and almost cold - the customer service was very much lacking. Everyone else in all other departments were very helpful and friendly, though. The rooms are a bit older and dated than can be seen in the photos. Extra care could have been taken to bleach out the mold in the corners of the showers. The second time I tried staying here and gave them another chance, I ended up checking out early and decided to stay elsewhere, and was glad I did. The customer service I received at a different hotel was ten times better upon reception, and they actually seemed happy to have my business. It's a shame, because I would have liked to have liked to have this as my go-to the next time I'm in town because of its convenience.

The room was very dirty, the sink was clogged , the comforters were torn. The food was of poor quality, the chairs in the restaurant were stained, the tables were uneven, and when it rains the hallways were filled with leaks. For the price stays in a different Hotel

Opción para hospedarse para estancias cortas.
Es una buena opción para hospedarse sin embargo las instalaciones están descuidadas. De esta última estancia, puerta del baño no funcionaba correctamente, una de las camas, pues me todo hab doble estaba poco estable, parecía que se iba a caer y el colchón incomodo, tuve aue cambiar a la otra cama. La ropa de cama muy maltratada, arrugada y rota que desfavorece la imagen de la habitación.
