Incredibly outdated facility. Floor boards coming up, bathroom tile black and worn out. As simple as no complimentary soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. there is some in the room but the bottles do not work. You can pump forever and nothing will ever come out. Safety box was also not working. Staff is aware of everything that’s wrong and it isn’t their fault. They do their best with what they have. They also have a Starbucks stand that rarely operates and when it does, they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. I literally only stay there for the location but really not worth any money.

The hotel staff is very attentive, the old rooms already need remodeling, the floor is broken, the furniture is old, the rest of the hotel is very good but the rooms do leave a lot to say, all the workers are excellent
