Al llegar la habitación olia a cigarrillo, lo cual reportamos dos veces. Así mismo, en la habiltación no se encotraba disponible las botellas de agua de consumo ofrecido por hotel y la solictamos por 3 ocasiones sin resultado, hasta que por fin ante la cuarta llamada nos la enviaron.

Stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! I used the airport shuttle service located on their website and it was an easy and stress free pick up. The hotel was so nice had so many food options inside but there’s also sooo many restaurants walking distance from the hotel! i only got a chance to try out the Lilou and it was delicious! I bought so many good pastries from them.

Excellent choice in Mexico City, property really well maintained and the service incredibly good. Just a comment to the Director: Why you ordered to move the dancer escultor at the entrance? That is a symbol of our country and hotel for many years. No good.
