The hotel is great and the locarion is in a good area if yku. Want to walk around. We didnt recieve VIP access and the staff didint even know of such program. They definitely had upgrades available since we have to paid $220 to get the upgrade, normally I always receive uogrades in other hotel while booking with expedia, this hotel was the exception.

This is a great hotel, close to the shopping and dinning area in Polanco. More residential which made me feel quiet and safe. The staff is friendly and happy to help. The views of park and the auditorium you can’t beat.
