The lady from the front desk was the worst person i have ever met. She treated us bad, her attitude was disgusting, and no manners at all. We had a good night at our rooms, but our floors from the hotel were really dirty.

Well they are known for overcharging people based on how many people stay, breakfast is hella expensive. The laundromat is a third party source you must bring it in at a specific time, place was dirty when we found it, bedsheets were pretty old and ruined, floor was wet and slippery, and ultimately the water from the sink was pretty dirty don’t recommend please stay away

It is in a privileged spot, walking distance to various points of interest, and that is an awesome aspect. Towels, sheets and the room in general could use an upgrade in cleaning methods; both sheets and towels had some very noticeable stains.

Good but too noisy
Overall the stay with family was average. Pro: friendly staff, good location, plenty of things to do around, good road connectivity, many good restaurants nearby, family friendly. Cons: terribly NOISY, paper thin walls and you can hear almost everything, unbearable noisy cars and road noise inside the room. For the noise - I will not choose this place to stay from next time.

Good location, poor cleaning service
The hotel is located in central area where easy to reach most of popular tourist attractions. We booked executive suite. The room is big with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/office which we really enjoyed. But the service to the room was poor. There was 3 days in a roll without providing shampoo, no bathroom cleaning, and there was one day had no room cleaning at all.
