We checked in to the room I confirmed on line. We couldn't get the tv to connect with our phone to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime. They sent someone who couldn't get the tv to work. They said they could move us to a room where the tv works. When they did,they moved us to a significantly smaller room, so much smaller that I couldn't sit straight on the toilet bowl. When I compained that the new room was't what I ordered and that I wanted the hotel to make some kind of adjustment to my bill, they just made all kinds of rediculous excuses and said nothing would be done. I will never stay there again and will post my negative rating all over the internet!

Hotel and restaurant were great!! Staff was super helpful and friendly!! Waiters at the restaurant need to pay attention to their customers more. I say this because I had to wait a long time for the tab, there was 2 other customers that came after me they ate and left before me and I was still waiting for the tab. Once I gave them the money they had forgotten to give me my change until i reminded them. I was the least attended there compared to everyone else..

I had stayed here previously back in April (2024). I had left several items behind. I called and asked if they could hold the items until my next stay, they said yes. When I arrived to check in. I asked about my item. They said they no longer had them. Everyone that works there had. The only reason I booked a stay there was because they were holding my items. I tried getting ahold of the manager and she or he was never available. To make matters worst, we wanted to have dinner so we went to the restaurant they have downstairs. Everything we ordered on the menu they were out of. Very disappointing!
