Very nice staff and very well located hotel in a very fancy area. Very close to different restaurants and not far from luxury stores. The hotel is very clean, very convenient. Hope to go there again for another stay in Mexico city.

The people at the front desk don’t like customers coming from expedia; they complained about loosing money. However, the hotel is very clean and well kept. The location is amazing. So, I do recommend this hotel.

When I arrived I was told that my reservation was not there, they made me fill out some paperwork and told me they would make another reservation for me. In the end they accepted that they had my reservation with Expedía, but that they would not use it because they charge them commission.

The hotel was surrounded by beautiful mansions, parks, fancy stores and restaurants. It’s a 10 minute walk to the 3 Michelin star Pujol restaurant. Anything you could ask for, was at a walking distance. It was also close to Soumaya museum.

This is well located and clean hotel. However the front desk staff is extremely unfriendly, unhelpful and rude to say the least
