The hotel is very convenient to metro bus and many restaurants, but smells like sewer I address the problem and they did nothing only sorry, also the room next to my room was open and stinks badly I stayed 5 nights they didn't offer nothing.

When we arrived the hostess at the lobby wasn’t that friendly. The overall state of the hotel is good, however the bathroom has leaks and there is no noise cancelling. You can listen to everything going on in your floor.

Property was very walkable distance to everything. One thing we noticed when we check in the clerk asked for our IDs but we noticed “several” other guests IDs in plain view no privacy I read their address, name and ID numbers. It was kind of worrisome who else was going to see my info.

Hoteles PF was a nice stay. It’s a very old property that needs some updates. The furniture was old and outdated. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The location was very convenient and close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good stay but I don’t think I’d stay there again when there are better options nearby for around the same price.

This should absolutely not be a 4-star hotel. It is extremely dirty and the amenities are poor. There is no temperature control in the rooms -- no air conditioning/heat, unless you count an extremely loud exhaust fan. On the second day of our stay, housekeeping replaced our bedding with DIRTY bedding from another room - it smelled terrible and had stains everywhere. On many days we received towels that were torn apart on the edges. Also, the state of the room was in disrepair -- the shower had some mold on the tiles, the walls were dirty, the lampshade in the room was stained with pink, and you can smell sewage. To top if off, WiFi didn't work in the room, we had to go down in to the lobby if we wanted to do anything online.
