the restaurant was clean and neat and organized and most of the staff were friendly and well mannered. But one day my dinner was not so good and I got sick from the food I ate at the restaurant. So lost almost 2 days of my stay there and unhappy about it.

El hotel está en buenas condiciones, bien ubicado y acorde al precio. El mayor inconveniente lo tuve al no poder usar la alberca, de los 8 días de mi estadía solo 2 estubo abierta. Consultar si está disponible antes de reservar.

Great Hotel in a great Location.
It’s one of the Hotels I stay when I go to Mexico City. Location is great. Safe Neighborhood and many bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Service in the Hotel is second to none.

The hotel was wonderful. Felt very safe walking at night. It’s close to restaurants, shopping and movie theater. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will be booking this hotel for my next trip.

Excelente servicio!! Mi esposa y yo cuando vamos a México siempre llegamos a este hotel. El trato del personal del hotel es excelente. Son muy atentos y serviciales. Ojala supiera los nombres de todos los miembros del staff para mencionarlos. En el restaurante todos muy amables, Don Jorge, Don Julio, Eli, Don Adan, Don Carlitos y en general todos. En recepción la Señorita Karina, Don Victor, Señorita Magali, y todos. Tambien el Juan Pablo muy atento. La limpieza es muy buena, habitaciones espaciosas y no es escucha el sonido de la calle. Lo recomiendo mucho!!!

The entire staff was very attentive and helpful. Bartender at night gave good recommendations on drinks and food. Convenient store was directly across the street to one side and a taco stand on the other. The food there was 10/10.

DON’T STAY HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR THINGS! I do not recommend this hotel. Someone took my car keys and my Houston Astros rhinestone shirt. This all happened when they came in to do room service. Didn’t notice my keys were missing too until we arrived back to Houston. Not much was done by front desk all they did was contact laundry service to see if they had taken my shirt with the bed sheets which weren’t even replaced when they did room service! Definitely won’t be staying here again and won’t recommend it! Also the beds are hard and one of our rooms was hot!

Someone took my Astros bling shirt from our room all they did was made me fill out a report no checking cámaras or going in to double check like they said they would! I’m sure someone with their cleaning crew took it because I clearly left it on top of the bed and when we got back at night the room had been cleaned and it was gone! Also the beds are hard won’t be staying again.
