The check in was not that smooth. Front desk agent was not very good. She told me I did not have a reservation. I did in fact have it. She needed the manager to help her find it. She was not very confident working the front desk. Rooms are very small. It's clean and good for 1 night to make a flight

Hotel shakes a lot with heavy outside traffic. Mexico City has a lot of earthquakes and this hotel feels like it won’t hold. Breakfast is mediocre at best. Very spicy breakfast. Breakfast is catered for locals and not foreigners. Also, elevator never works. I’ve stayed twice and had to walk up the stairs with my luggage. Area around is not safe!! Do not wonder around unless you leave via Uber
