I wouldn't comeback to this hotel, the staff are good, good service. I stayed 3 night's in the middle of the week, every night at the pent house they played exagerated loud music, also you can hear everything from the other rooms, definitely this is not a place where you can bring your family, or rest.

We used the hotel because it was a walking distance from el estadio de los deportes to watch the cruz azul game. It was safe and i was impressed by the breakfast and food

Está cerca del estadio azul y si deberian de poner en sus publicaciones que se renta para 2 tipos de clientes, el que se quiere quedar alojado y los que van por unas horas.

La relación calidad precio es excelente, en lo que fallan y lo leí en comentarios anteriores es que no es un hotel para descansar ya que aún en domingo, se oye escándalo música a todo volumen que no deja tener un descanso adecuado, entonces no debería de anunciarse como un hotel de estancias largas, al no asegurar a sus huéspedes un descanso digno

La atención es MUY hostil. Me pidieron dejar la habitación a la 1:00PM en lugar de las 2:00pm como decía la reservación que hice a través de Expedia. Cuando les llamé a informar de que tenía la habitación hasta las 2:00pm me tiraron el teléfono. Muy desagradable.

No es hotel, es motel
mala experiencia, malos olores y la habitación solo tenia un contacto eléctrico en toda la habitación, tuvimos que pedir una extension. El hotel no es hotel para larga estancia sino motel para unas horas

Pues el hotel está bien, la ubicación y el lugar...solo que tuve la mala suerte de que sea un hotel con alberca y todo el tiempo hay música con fuerte volumen y si le añadimos que tuene domo hasta arriba pues el sonido se encierra...definitivamente el lugar no es nada tranquila y para descansar mucho menos...el personak hace lo q ouede...lastima xq el lugar los cuartos son bonitos
