Upon our arrival, we encountered some challenges that I believe could be addressed for future guests. We were unable to park in the handicap spaces in front of the hotel, which made the check-in process more difficult. I had requested a handicap room for my sister, but when we arrived, we found that the bathroom and shower did not have grab bars, limiting accessibility.
I asked for a plastic chair for the shower, but unfortunately, none were available. We ended up using a chair from the room's table, which was not ideal.
Due to these circumstances, we decided to check out a day earlier than planned. I inquired about a refund, but I was informed that it wasn't possible. I traveled with my 84-year-old mother and my 62-year-old disabled sister, and I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future guests who may have similar needs. Thank you for considering my concerns.
