The place was nice and clean. The weirdest thing is the design of the shower which is attached directly to the room, no bathroom, no privacy at all. It is fine for couples, but very "tricky" otherwise. Careful not to have water get out into the room too. The toilet has its own door but the light inside is controlled by morion sensor. The light turns off every 5 seconds, so "keep moving" or be in the dark. Otherwise a nice and very clean hotel with very convenient free shuttle to the airport.

In the last couple months I have stayed there many times as a repeat customer at some point the VIP status where I'm at I did not receive the bottle of wine that they had to offer but it wasn't a problem. I was just there two weeks ago and came back on another getaway and I was left at the airport and refuse to get picked up with the courtesy Shadow pickup being disabled. I brought this to the staff position and they hung up on my wife several times and then put her on hold a couple times. They refuse to talk to me because I didn't speak Spanish but she does speak Spanish and they still disrespected her and that hurt me to the Core. I did report this soon as I got to the hotel after an hour and a half waiting but they had no problem picking up one of the managers that was supposed to been at the hotel that denied the service from being picked up at a different stall number six in the airport. The police that do the parking enforcement said it wouldn't be a problem please have to pick you up here being disabled and they didn't pick me up for all her and a half. When my wife talked to the manager he just blew us both off like we're a little class. I invite anybody with disabilities not to book at this hotel because they will refuse you pick up or service due to your abilities but I don't think the front desk should have that type of authority. I do feel they should refunded my money and they refused that too so now I'm waiting for Expedia to do the right thing about this compan

It's definitely a beautiful place to stay in with the big spacious rooms and the large flat screen TVs most comfortable beds! And very quiet with some excellent views. Excellent Lounge areas with complimentary bottled water

Gran lugar para eventos en Estadio GNP
Excelente ubicación para ir a eventos en Estadio GNP & Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, caminando puedes llegar a cualquier puerta y llegar fácilmente. El hotel esta renovado, pero sigue teniendo partes viejas, el servicio es de otro nivel por parte del equipo y el restaurante es de primera. Algo importante, pero que NO tiene nada que ver con el hotel, es la seguridad saliendo de cualquier evento. Si traes tu celular o cartera u objeto de valor en tu pantalón o chamarra es muy probable que te den baje, aguas con la salida de los eventos donde hay multitudes. En la salida del corona capital 2024 del segundo dia, en 3 minutos se robaron 11 celulares, así que aguas. Avisados están y siempre lleven chamarra con bolsa de cierre en el pecho y NADA en las bolsas de chamarra o pantalón.
