The hotel location is very convenient to almost everything in the city center. However, the staff was not as welcoming as I was expecting from previous stayings in other hotels in CDMX. The mini bar in the room was empty and when I asked they say don’t have that service. For the type of hotel, I was expecting to have a robe and slippers in the room but there was nothing. We didn’t use any of the other amenities so I can’t say anything about them.

It's a very nice hotel. Location is a plus. The only problem was the bathtub it looked or was dirty, the shampoo bottles were empty. Poor on that area.
