Too much noise coming from other rooms
I stayed overnight due to flight delay, there was an excessive noise coming from other rooms on the second floor at 3 am (people talking loudly, walking, dogs barking) , I called the concierge nothing was done , I do not recommend it if you want to rest after a long flight.

To start off I had booked a king bedroom and they gave me a room with 2 double.. I had to back and ask for a change.. I was told breakfast was included when I booked.. but it wasn’t.. the rooms were dirty.. the sheets were soiled.. the chair had stains.. the bathroom was bad.. the toilet seat was broken.. there were pincher bugs in the bathroom.. there was hair on the floor.. the only people who were nice were the ones in the restaurant.. it was so loud every-time someone shut their room door .. overall not so great..

This is the perfect hotel if you get in late to Mexico City or if you are leaving early to catch a flight. They have airport shuttle which only takes 10 minutes from the hotel. 10/10 would stay again :)
