Bathroom was not working when we arrived and not clean. The rest of the stay we had to endure a funny smell. The rest or the hotel is good and it’s great that they have shuttle service from the airport.

Room upgrade was grudgingly given. My room was dirty, and neighbors were having a massive fight then party. Phone didn’t work and I had to call from my cellphone to ask for the missing towels and slippers.

Check in was not friendly. Attitude was free at this hotel. I had to practically demand they notice my Expedia level and even then it was a hassle. The room wasn’t clean and I need to ask for slippers and a robe. I’m used to the level of service at the Live Aqua, this chain was disappointing.

This was the second time that I have stayed at this hotel in order to take advantage of the airport transportation. However, asides that the hotel is very clean, has good beds that are comfortable and also has breakfast available, which was quite hearty. The next time I come to Mexico, I will be searching for this hotel chain, as I am very impressed with it.

Maybe the best 'airport' hotel I've ever stayed at. Reliable shuttle service, large modern rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, and a truly excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of free hot food options like chilaquiles and tacos. If you have on overnight in CDMX, no question this is the spot!

I absolutely loved this hotel. Extremely convenient from airport. Staff was lovely. Specially reception but everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillow were scrumptious!!! Enjoyed a very good sleep. Room service was also delicious. This hotel is a gem in secret, extreme value for what you get. I will stay there again.
