First and foremost, a huge thank you to the staff of Don Jacinto properties! My family and I had a fantastic stay. I was in commuication with the management (Carmen) the whole time prior to our arrival. We were also able to book a secondary property last minute as we had a fairly large group (7 adults and 1 child). Check in was fast and easy and we were also allowed to check in early. I had communicated our early arrival to management and we were able to come to agreement. Flight arrived at 5am and we checked in at 830am. We rented Tina and Toña. Tina property was perfect for 2 people. My wife and i stayed here. The property is right next to a day bar and comedy club which was very cool, not noisy either. The property has several rooms but while there we did not encounter any other guests. The bed was firm and comfortable, the shower was a nice size. Both my wife and i fit in in comfortably. The property supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was amazing. It wasnt the travel size bottles properties hand out for free either, these were large pump style bottles. If you prefer to purchase your own there is literally a Wal Mart within 10 min walking distance from the property. The Toña property was very large. Gorgeous background view of the city from the living room area. The kithchen had pots, pans, plates, utensil, cups. You can cook full course meals here without a problem if you choose to do so. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable.

Great place to stay
The hotel location was great for out family. There are many good restaurant choices to choose from, all within a short walking distance. There is a really nice view of some high rise buildings that offer a colorful view at night. Lastly the host is very helpful with all questions and responds back quickly to messages sent.

This place was very convenient since our stay was near many of the areas we were visiting. It was also very nicely decorated and comfortable. Only downside is that the floor creaked very loudly when walking and a few of the wood boards were broken and dangerous if walking barefoot.

Staying at Don Jacinto was such a treat! I felt safe, it was super conscientious, the staff was so helpful with anything I ever asked for, there was always plenty of filtered water available, my room bathroom was perfect. The bed was great, I’m so thrilled with everything. They are so thoughtful, you can see it in how they clean. The Cheka room is a little dark, but I didn’t care because the bathroom had a ton of light so I used that area to get ready. The location is literally perfect. Close to everything. Safe, walkable. I’d book again in a heartbeat. Incredibly affordable too. I was a solo traveler and felt great my entire stay. Thank you so much to everyone!!!!! Oh and it’s the best water pressure I think I’ve ever showered in!

Excellent place to stay in Mexico City. Very close to the heart of the city. A beautiful park is within walking distance and a short inexpensive Uber rides are available to anywhere in the central area of the city! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodations were excellent!

This was an absolutely perfect location for enjoying some of the best parts of Mexico City. The room is quaint and very cute, and the staff was available to take care of all of our needs.

Servicio y limpieza excelente, no A/C pero el ventilador es suficiente . Hay algunos detalles que ocupan mantenimiento pero tiene una ubicación excelente , la vista en Tina es muy linda y se siente mucha seguridad al caminar en sus alrededores. A pesar de estar muy céntrico, se conecta muy bien con las principales avenidas sin estar precisamente sobre alguna de ellas

The hotel is really well located and we loved the neighborhood. The decor is great, but our room, Lupita, was very dark during the night, as there isn't enough lighting, and too bright in the morning, as there were no curtains to block the sunlight. The bed was comfortable and the coffee facilities were good. The staff were friendly, but there is no reception, so it was frustrating to have to message all the time to arrange arrival and e.g. leave luggage. Our terrace area was really dirty, and there was soot all over the chairs. We were sent some useful information, but the brochure sent was half finished, with lots of incorrect information and place holders. I think this place has lots of potential, but we would perhaps not repeat our stay here.

The name stay and sip is somewhat misleading. The apartment is very spacious and has comfortable rooms. The location was great and walkable to a lot of sites. However, It was not worth the price of the stay. Even though I was in contact with the owner- I had a wait to be able to get in. There were no clear instructions upon arrival and was bombarded with WhatsApp messages on my first day on door locks, WiFi, not opening windows, and amenities (all that could have been shared before or in a handbook.) there was no hot water on our first night and we had to call the owner in- and made to believe we were lying about not having hot water. It just lacked tact and professionalism even down to the “bottle of wine” to receive us that was a cheap dollar store wine that was not a VIP experience at all. Condesa is an amazing area, but I’ve have much better experiences at other stays.
