The building itself was very nice and everything is very clean and it feels like being right at home with the super friendly staff. They could add more stuff to the breakfast menu.

It’s a solid hotel with big rooms and a good gym. Not charming, and not in the best part of town but very close to the Ermita metro. Serves a good breakfast. A weird thing happened one morning when I asked a woman at the desk to call me a cab. I had to wait 20 mins, and then a man showed up whom I’m guessing was a relative of hers, in a smoky private car full of garbage. He was rude as well. I found it highly unprofessional and shady for a desk person to have done this. If you’re a Marriott hotel you have a taxi company you use.
