I like to stay at this hotel because it's conveniently closed to the airport. The aerotrain is also close. I do believe more can be done to keep the hallways clean and clutter-free. Other than that, I would say it's great.

¡Como siempre el mejor servicio y atención a los clientes! Quiero agradecer a Víctor en especial por hacer todo lo posible para acomodarnos en cuartos cercanos. Excelente ubicación, cuartos limpios, modernos y muy cómodos. ¡La remodelación quedo excelente! El shuttle a la otra terminal muy conveniente y rápido. El conductor súper amable y nos ayudó con el equipaje en cuanto nos acercamos. Cada vez que viajo elijo este hotel sin dudarlo y cada vez me reciben de la misma manera amistosa y amable. ¡Felicidades al staff por el esmero y dedicación a su trabajo!

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in for a long time. Check-in took over 45 minutes of waiting, and the staff was rude. I reserved this hotel because it was supposed to offer VIP access, but they did not provide me with anything special. If anything, I feel like I got one of the worst rooms in the hotel. The condition of the room is both disgusting and disappointing. There are black stains on the bed blankets, a broken shower door, a toilet that does not flush properly, and a strong sewer smell in the room. I am completely overwhelmed and dissatisfied with the condition of this so-called VIP properly.
