The mansion is in very good shape, well renovated. The garden landscape beautiful. Staff needs better training. Breakfast is served to each one at the table. It takes too long and the options are limited. I would prefer a buffet breakfast.

We had a wonderful time overall, but our second visit didn't quite match the quality of our first. The hotel is still beautiful only with fewer personal touches. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and hope to see the high standards return.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The grounds are beautiful & the hotel beautiful. Christina & Byron were amazing. So helpful and professional. It is quiet and away from city but close enough to get there by taxi or car. I would definitely recommend to friends & family.

The surroundings were absolutely beautiful including the 300 year old magnolia tree. The staff was wonderful. Very attentive. Even found us a driver to take us to the ferry in Milazzo.

This is a gem. A small hotel in a beautiful old villa. The service is superb and the rooms comfortable - excellent beds, best linen, excellent bathroom and toiletries. There are 10 rooms, so it is not busy. Very good place to relax. The pool is good and most days we had it to ourselves. You can have food and drink brought to the pool. There are pool towels and a person there pus out lounger cushions and towels for you. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Zagara room which is spacious and has a big balcony at the front over looking the sea. I think this is the best room. There is food in the evening which is top quality and at a reasonable price - €15 for a main course. A perfect place for a quiet and private stay. I would return to stay if I can. The villa is close to a busy road, so there is background traffic noise all day into the evening.

The hotel was outstanding and the service excellent. A call to reception a day before we arrived confirmed an airport pickup and diner delayed until we arrived - late courtesy of British Air... the staff were friendly and accommodating. We only stayed overnight as we were in transit. But both of us commented that we were sad not to be able to stay longer. Great food including breakfast the following morning.
