* Unless you have made your reservation on Airbnb, there will be a security deposit HOLD of $300 during your stay. Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout.
*Our townhouse has a comfortable feel and is extremely clean. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo will not disappoint. The primary bedroom with attached bath and walk-in closet provides a king sized bed. The guest bedroom offers EITHER a king or two twins. Just let us know your preference. The second bath is very close to the guest room but still accessible from the main living area. Being Airbnb travelers ourselves, we know the importance of providing an extremely well-kept and clean space for our guests. All bedding and pillows are covered with protective casings that help you know our mattresses and pillows are free of unwanted elements. Our housecleaning staff takes pride in making sure your stay is comfortable and without worry. New, comfortable beds, extra pillows, and blankets give guests the possibility of a great night's sleep.
*Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a full set of pots and pans, crock pot, baking sheets and pans, serving dishes, toaster, coffee maker, blender and more. Condiments include catsup, mustard, oil, vinegar, basic cooking spices, coffee, tea, and more. This limits shopping and keeps cooking costs down so that you can spend more in Mesquite having fun!
*The deep, but narrow (be careful when entering) garage allows you to park inside, escaping the heat and occasional rain/wind storm. In the garage, you will find his and her hybrid bicycles for you to enjoy. A small compressor is provided for you to make sure your tires are ready for a comfortable ride. We have a beautiful community pool, hot tub, and rec area for your use. Pool toys, a small cooler, and 2 camp chairs are provided for daily outings.
*Access to the garage and front door is gained by a personalized code for every guest. A garage door opener will be provided for you. We are confident that you will love this condo.
*The entire condo, garage, and common areas of the community will be yours to enjoy.
*We live in town and manage the condo ourselves. If you need us or have questions, we are just minutes away.
*The Springs is a highly desired Mesquite vacation neighborhood amongst many local residents. It is quiet, friendly and folks look out for one another. Mesquite offers golf, Golf, GOLF....beautiful sunsets, hiking, miles of ATV/UTV trails, gambling, and sporting events. Centrally located, it is a 90 minute drive to the Vegas strip or Zion National Park. You can't be bored in Mesquite! This is a very friendly neighborhood, 1/2 mile from a great walking/biking trail and very close to fast-food eats and the Casablanca Resort and Golf Course.
*Mesquite is walking and bicycle friendly, but getting to and from the store we suggest a car.
*Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
* If the pool key/rec room key/garage opener is lost, there will be a $200 charge against the security deposit as this is what the HOA charges us for a replacement key.
* This rental has a flight of stairs and is NOT wheelchair accessible.
* We ask that the HOA guidelines be adhered to in order to be respectful of our neighbors.
* Additional cleaning fee for stays over 2 weeks. Inquire with hosts about stays longer than 2 weeks for answers to your questions.

Pool Area: You will need the key fob to enter. You will find the pool at the center of the condo community.
The TVs are controlled by remotes. Please leave remotes visible to housekeeping at checkout.
Pool/hot tub - The pool is located just behind the building to your left. Lost key fob for the pool or garage remote will result in $200 replacement fee from the security deposit. Please place back in the drawer at checkout. Thank you!
Please no glass in the pool area. Please observe all posted rules. The pool is heated except for the coldest months of the year. The hot tub and rec area are open year round.
Laundry: please clear dryer vent screen as often as possible.
CHECKOUT: 1. Please load dishwasher with all dishes and start.
10:00 AM 2. Please start one load of towels on HOT.
3. Please set temperature at 69 in winter and 80 in
summer.
4. Please sign off personal TV APPS and place TV and
garage remotes where you found them.
5. Please lock door.
6. Please send a quick note when you check out. It is
very helpful for our housekeeping staff.
