There was lots of pet hair on our sheets, they ran out of towels, Daniella acted like I was a bother when I had questions regarding my stay. Olivia was very helpful, Room was spacious, decent stay.

Room was open and very dirty when i arrived. Checking with front desk on moving room reservation took forever. About two hours. Only one person working and could not keep up. Finally a new room on a different floor.

The hotel did send multiple emails indicating that it was undergoing renovations and that some areas would be closed. However, during check-in a guess stepped in front of me to complain that his assigned room had not been cleaned ahead of his arrival. Also, my room had too much noise in and around it that made it difficult to sleep. Security on the doors should be improved as well as there is only the single switch door lock. They should also consider improving the condition of the elevator during its renovations.

Arrived and was not initially told the property was under construction. I was also told the price but could do better online so I did. Once I made the reservation I was told the next morning someone would need to enter my room to set up a new WiFi router. I said no way. The very rude and unhelpful lady at the front desk said well then I can’t stay there. THIS WAS AFTER I MADE A HOTELS.COM RESERVATION IN FROMT OF HER. She made zero effort to tell me these things upfront. Construction said it was from 8am-5pm. Under my room at 5:15pm there is loud banging. I went down to reception and ordered them to refund my money. This is not the product advertised and I did not stay there. I need to get my money back from Hotels.com now.

The Holiday Inn was okay. However, my issue is with HOTELS. COM. Somehow the date was changed. I was scheduling to stay from Wednesday to Thursday, but the HOTELS.COM app changed it to Thursday to Friday. So when we arrived, I had to pay for a night to stay on Wednesday to Thursday. Thank you HOTELS.COM for making me pay for 2 nights. Please note: Due to this situation, I will never use or recommend HOTELS.COM again. Again thank you HOTELS.COM.

I did not stay at mesquite’s Holiday Inn because I was sick and couldn’t make the drive. I was calling late and tried to cancel but I kept getting stuck at the 6digit code for probably 8 times!!! I was prompted to call the hotel directly but couldn’t get the hotel’s direct number anywhere! So this is a customer service issue I may never forget. Sadly, providing the direct number is easy to do and would have prevented this entire issue.
