Close to the beaches (Plage des Nonnes at 400 m on foot) in a secure residence, ideal holiday home for 4 people comprising a dining room (with TV), an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one double bed and one twin bed only not suitable for children under 6 years old, especially the one above), bathroom with shower and washing machine and separate toilet.
Access to a covered terrace and patio with two deckchairs and a covered courtyard at the bottom of the garden.
Private parking
Close to downtown (1.5 km or 15 mins walk), shops, daily market in season and 2 marinas. The Suzac forest and the Gironde estuary are a stone's throw from the house.
5 km from the village of Talmont sur Gironde (one of the most beautiful villages in France), 10 km from Royan and 3 km from Saint Georges de Didonne. Little paradise on earth, very protected environment, wild coast well preserved.

Accueillie par Monique 👍 Découverte de la maison (tout est confort +) et de son petit jardin (ouvrir les yeux sur les passiflores, 😧 et regarder les …) Ensuite parcourir les villes et villages aux alentours ça vaut vraiment le coup 😀 Boucherie et boulangerie côte à côte au TOP et juste à proximité. Excellentes vacances nous concernant 😀

Tres belle location
Location idealement situee proche de la mer et des commerces. Belle petite maison fonctionnelle avec un petit jardin tres appreciable. Les proprietaires et la personne qui nous accueille sont tres gnetils et disponibles. Tres bon sejour.

très bon séjours dans Meschers et ses plages
très satisfait de l'aménagement de cette petite maison et un plus avec la terrasse et le jardin quand la meteo est bonne c'est très agréable d'y séjourner - un petit moins un lave vaisselle serait le bienvenu mais rien n'est parfait !!

Super vacances à Meschers
J’ai passé un agréable séjour avec 2 enfants de moins de 5 ans. Super petit maison de plein pieds tt équipé avec jardin et terrasses dans une impasse très clame. Maison bien orientée, propre, parking, proche de la plage... La ville de Meschers-sur-Gironde est très clame même au mois d’aout et organise plein de spectacle, marché...plein de visites et de belle plages. Petit bémol le manque de trottoirs sur le bd de la forêt qui est dangereux.

Petit pied à terre ,bien équipée idéalement situé pour partir à la découverte de la région , à 2 pas des plages ,et proche du centre ville. Tout peut se faire à pied..nous avons passé un très bon séjour, découvert de nombreux centres d interret et de très bons restaurants également. L accueil de notre hôte sympathique et courtois.je pense que nous reviendrons sur meschers des que possible.

Maison avec le necessaire. Résidence au calme très agréable. La plage n'est vraiment pas loin avec un bar snack. Nous avons passés deux semaines au top!!!

Sehr gemütliches kleines Häuschen
Wir, eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und 2 Hunden, haben uns total wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Häuschen mit Garten. Es steht alles bereit was man braucht. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit und auch mit den Hunden lässt es sich gut laufen, da es schön schattig in der Nähe eines Pinienwaldes liegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Dame die einen vor Ort empfängt und verabschiedet ist sehr herzlich und nett. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
