Lovely hotel and spa . Friendly staff and great breakfast . My only negative was that on check in asked if we could book a table for dinner , advised fully booked so asked about a taxi to go and eat else where . Luckily popped into bar for a drink and told that we could eat the same menu in the bar . Feel this was important info to be given on check in !! We did eat in the bar and food was fab .

We were disappointed that the master suite accommodation we had booked for our wedding anniversary was nothing like the rooms advertised. Filthy windows, cigarette ends in the balcony, a broken TV, rusty fridge (with some out of date contents left in there), mouldy grout in the bathroom and a broken shower heat dial which only allowed scorching water too hot to stand under. The spa facilities had broken tiles, dirty drains and rusty pipes and the outside of the property looked run down with peeling paint. The staff were lovely and helpful and we enjoyed the meals so we can't understand why other aspects were so poor. We also highlighted some issues to the receptionist when we were there as well as writing to them since but we have not received a reply. We feel naive in thinking issues raised previously would have been dealt with - we'd have thought customer satisfaction would be vital in this industry so why would you not address them? I would not usually publicly leave a review like this but I wouldn't want others to be frustrated and feel cheated like we did because not enough people stated the reality.

Nant Ddu Lodge was a lovely relaxing place to stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely we had breakfast within the price our stay which had both continental and cooked along side fruit and cereals to choose from, we also had evening meal in the restaurant which I could not fault. The swimming pool was a lovey place to chill after a day of exploring. Will definitely be returning again.

Always lovely to stay at the Nant Ddu Lodge. Staff are always wonderful, Food is very good too. Love the pool and the gym. Only complaint, mattress is a bit thin. But we will be back 😊

We had a wonderful stay after our usual hotels were full. The pool and sauna were a massive bonus due to bad weather. Food especially breakfast was amazing and staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Friendly and comfortable.
Very friendly and warm welcome on reception and friendly service in the restaurant. Rooms spacious and comfortable but echo what other reviewers have said that the place needs a lot of TLC especially in the communal areas. My room was on the side facing the road, which was quite noisy - didn't impact on sleep as it quietened down but was quite intrusive while I was in the room during the day. Would stay again.
