Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board.

The apartment is ideally located in Mers-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Club Nautique GSM 50 m away (July-August and school vacations)
- Bike, electric bike, surf, standup paddle, kayak and windsurf rental 50 m away (July 1 to August 31).
