Amazing stay
The house was super clean and perfect for what our family needed before our cruise. We had a great time- the owner thought if everything and those special little touches really made a huge difference. We loved watching the birds in the morning!

True Perfection! Book it!
We chose to book this vacation rental vs a hotel room to allow space for our teens and be able to visit comfortably with family in the area over Thanksgiving weekend. We were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and roomy floor plan. The decor captures the essence of Florida style perfectly; tasteful and modern. Everything we could have needed was available. Smart TVs in every room, plenty of USB charging outlets, bathroom amenities, and fully stocked kitchen. We started every morning soaking up the sunshine on the back patio, sipping coffee, and watching wildlife in the yard and canal. We will recommend this house to anyone visiting the area and cannot wait to come back!

Fabulous!
Such a cute, well kept super clean home right on the channel with wildlife and peaceful surroundings. Super easy check in/out with all the amenities needed for relaxation and the beach. We had a great family vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet Neighborhood
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, but close to everything in Merritt Island. The home is exactly as described and pictured. Communication from the owner was great. Prior to arriving there was an email with all the things I needed to know to get checked in. I exchanged texts with the property manager twice — just to let her know I arrived and all was good, and again when we checked out. Both time the response was very quick, so I am confident if there had been a problem she would have dealt with it quickly. We would certainly stay there again.

Great House
We only were there for the weekend but it was absolutely perfect. Clean and accommodating. Easy access to beach and intercostal. Great bars and restaurants not far in Cocoa Village. Thanks to the host for such a wonderful time. Definitely will stay again next time in town

Perfect beach getaway
This home is just as advertised. Great house, quiet and safe neighborhood, and a quick drive to nearby beaches and parks (Kelly Park, Jetty Park). Our group included ages 8 to 13 for kids and adults. The house was well furnished, had all the appliances and silverware one needs, and a gorgeous backyard with a propane firepit and a cute little brook with jumping fish. The beaches are a quick drive away with quick access to inlet waters (Kelly Park) as well as the ocean (Jetty Park). It was nice to have easy access to Cocoa Beach, but to come home to a quiet house on Merritt Island to relax after a nice day of surfing, wing foiling, and beach time. Added bonus, the rocket launces are close by and fun to watch from the backyard.

Fabulous Stay
Can't wait to book again and enjoy this beautiful house :) This house was clean, bright and accommodated 8 of us. The property manager was always quick to respond and very friendly. So much better than staying in a hotel and seeing some wildlife in and around the canal was a great bonus!

Good little place.
Four workmates needed a place to stay while working at KSC for two weeks. The neighborhood is not the most desirable, but the house itself is great. Clean and updated. There were some plumbing problems, but the host was very responsive to the issues.

Absolutely Beautiful Home
This property is beautifully decorated and supplied with everything you could need. The beds are comfortable. The back patio area has the most peaceful view of the canal. Our family spent Christmas here and felt right at home. We hope to stay here again in the future.
