Promised Smoke Free rooms w/Privacy
I was checked in yesterday. My room did NOT smell like smoke. I woke up this morning to a room filled with horrible cigarette smoke. No one is answering the phone when I dial 500. Smokers are in rm 404 or rm 408. It’s hard for me to breathe clearly. I need a room on the end that’s not near anyone else’s r that’s not near smokers. Also I heard the smokers say they’re trying to look in on me. They didn’t start smoking until the lobby was closed. So it’s clear it’s people who know smoking is not allowed and who know when the office closes and who’ve stayed in multiple rooms here in order to put spyware in each of the rooms. This is not fair to me. Please have the staff here give me a smoke free room as soon as possible! I don’t smoke! I have allergies! It stinks really badly! I didn’t pay for a cigarette filled room! Please help! Lobby is closed and not answering when I dial 500. It’s around 7:30am CST. Thank you I made a typo about where the smoke is coming from. I’m in room 406. The smoke is either coming from the two rooms surrounding me, room 404 or room 408.

The property was decent for my stay, however the issues at hand will probably remain. Dogs barked majority of the night which caused a horrible nights rest. On my second day I needed towels. I brought dirty ones down and the lady stated she didn’t have any extra towels at the time which was ok. On the next day I went for towels and the front desk worker was very rude asking where were my old towels. I stated to her I had returned them the night before so she then ask me my room number and states it was no note left about me returning dirty towels. Not once did housekeeping come to add extra rolls of toilet tissue. I can’t see myself staying at this location again.

Don't waste your time
If you're into loud music, pets barking, half dressed people walking around carrying laundry baskets, people who appear to be on drugs, college dorm hotel room then this is the place for you. I'll never walk foot into this hotel ever in my life for no reason. I even checked out and drove back home staying up over 24 hours.

Beds were horrible, pillows were horrible. There was no front desk staff after 11:00 pm or before 10:00am. Only got two towels, when we had four people in the room.

I Arrived to a room with paint spots all over the floor several sections of the floor separated at seams microwave didn't work the 2 bulbs in kitchen area were burnt out .was told I had to empty my own trash cans or be charged and there was a kitchen area but it cost $29.95 for pot and pans and $14.95 for silverware. I was very disappointed with the stay I was in town to attend my sister's funeral and didn't need anymore stress so I just went home, not a place for me
