Our Beach House - Amazing Views from Every Room!

Our Beach House on Hill Street, Merimbula is a light, airy, large and comfortable house which takes full advantage of its location on Merimbula’s premier Long Point. It features great views of the ocean from every room.
Stroll to Bar Beach for a swim or coffee; cross the road to walk on Middle Beach or out to Long Point; or walk a bit further to Short Point Beach which stretches all the way to Tura Beach. Merimbula Wharf and Aquarium are also an easy stroll with great views, good fishing and meals/coffee at the restaurant.
The vast first floor open-plan living area incorporates kitchen, two dining and two sitting areas. A Smart TV, DVD and stereo are available.
The spacious modern kitchen has all you would expect: electric cook top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, sandwich toaster, large pantry and lots of pans etc.
Two large decks on this middle level offer sweeping ocean views from Merimbula to Pambula and Mt. Imlay from one deck and from the other, which features a BBQ and outdoor setting, views of the reserve above Middle Beach and the ocean.
The master bedroom suite on the top (2nd) floor features even better views than the middle floor and enjoys a large bedroom, generous walk-in robe and very spacious ensuite with views out to sea. You also have your own Smart TV and two decks.
The two bedrooms located on the entry level each have queen size beds and one has also a set of bunk beds. Both bedrooms have a pedestal fan and column heater if needed. The family bathroom, including a bath, is here as is a spacious entry.
Laundry facilities are located downstairs.
Linen is included in the rental fee and all beds are made.
