Imagine being able to leave your car parked at your accommodation and walk everywhere! This is what all decked out at Penguin Mews offers its guests.
Our apartment will become your next favourite destination. It's most impressive feature is the huge front balcony, with incredible views of Merimbula Lake and the Bar. You could easily lose a few days reading and relaxing on the balcony.
We have two different units on offer:
PETS: Please note 1 pet is allowed upon application only. Please advise if you would like to bring a pet with you and we will send through the application request form

All decked out at Penguin Mews (Unit 9): Features 2 bedrooms (1 x queen and 2 x single beds) a full bathroom (with separate toilet), and a kitchen which include everything you would expect of a modern kitchen (e.g., dishwasher, microwave etc). Although there is only one bathroom, the toilet is separate from the shower area. This unit offers the visitor a large deck with BBQ, seating area and dining table with magical views across the lake to bar beach.

On the lake at Penguin Mews (Unit 7): This unit is a flat entry in and out, has great lake position and a rear fenced courtyard.

Lake View at Penguin Mews (Unit 1): Features two bedrooms (1 x Queen in Bedroom 1 and 1 x double and 1 x single in Bedroom 2) down stairs with the bathroom and toilet and the main living area, dining and kitchen upstairs. There are glorious views of Merimbula's stunning lake for the lounge and deck areas which extends all the way to bar beach and beyond.

The complex

This complex offers its visitors stunning lake, ocean and beach views for every vantage point. There is an under cover barbecue area, beautiful gardens, large saltwater solar-heated pool, and off-street parking right at the door to your unit. There is also a communal laundry to rear of the property.

The location

Penguin Mews Merimbula is right in the heart of Merimbula and directly across the road from Merimbula Lake. Surround by all the best cafés, beaches, playgrounds and shopping you will be spoilt for choice.

Mid-Week at Penguin Mews
I like staying at Penguin Mews because of its location and ease of parking. Yes it's getting a bit old now but it still offers the same sensational view of the lake so I can watch the tides come and go. I'll be back, cheers
