Unique 2-level Penthouse condo located at Miramar Beach Condos complex. Apartment #305 is a that has a private rooftop plunge pool, bar & lounge! With 2 BR 3 bathrooms, and sofa bed maximum sleeping capacity is 6. Parking stall #17. If your party has more than 1 vehicle , it must be parked on the street outside of the parking lot.
You are now in paradise to enjoy the spacious penthouse apartment which is 1,600 sq ft per floor! We are just off the beaten path, a 5-minute walk to the beach, a short drive from Merida, about 5 minutes from Chicxulub & a 12-minute drive to central Progreso.

ROOFTOP LOUNGE The condo is outfitted with all of the comforts of home, and there’s an added bonus. You have your own private rooftop lounge, with a plunge pool and shaded bar and seating area and hammock. Decorated with colorful wall murals, it will be your favorite place to enjoy the ocean breeze and sip on a margarita.

Other features: 10 ft high ceilings, we stopped kitchen, quality furnishings, linens, and appliances, high speed internet, 50" Smart TV with Netflix and you tube, and parking stall (#17 ) The splashes of aqua-painted walls, beautiful paintings of beaches, and themed décor promote a soothing beachy vibe.
THE LIVING ROOM with 2 comfy sofas (that become sofa beds) and a 50” smart TV makes this a great place to relax after a hard day of fun in the sun! This space has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that not only give access to the BALCONY disappear into the pocket of the wall, greatly extending the living room!
THE KITCHEN is fully stocked with quality appliances: w ice machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, Electric stovetop, fridge and an ample supply of pots, pans, dinnerware and glassware You'll have more than what you’d need to prepare any meal, drinks, or snacks, of the day. There are loads of custom cabinets and space to stock with your favorite munchies!
THE BREAKFAST BAR is where your family can can visit while you prepare food.
The DINING ROOM accommodates 6 guests for sit-down meals with good conversation. This can be used as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

ELEVATOR: is available if you don't want to do the stairs or to bring up your luggage or groceries.
Every apartment has only one designated parking stall for which your parking stall #17. If you have more than one vehicles, please park on the road outside the parking lot.
