Along with a restaurant and a coffee shop/cafe, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include a poolside bar and a bar/lounge. A free manager's reception is offered daily. Public spaces have free WiFi. An outdoor pool, spa services, and a terrace are also featured at the business-friendly Merida Santiago Hotel Boutique. You'll have access to the outdoor pool at a partner property. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) is available for a fee. A complete renovation of Merida Santiago Hotel Boutique was completed in July 2020. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Colonial Mérida hotel.
