La cercanía con el hospital del IMSS es muy práctico, esta limpio, muy pequeña la habitacion perp suficiente para deacansar comodamente, aire acondicionado y demas servicios, adicional pude estacionar el automovil en la entrada Deben considerar que no hay restaurante pero hay bastantes lugares cercanos donde comer. Puntos a mejorar...durante la estancia (tres dia, dos noches) no se realizo la limpieza del cuarto, claro que por el poco tiempo de la estancia no fue relavante para mi, sin embargo, no estaria bien si pasan muchos dias sin limpieza

Nuevo, comodo, limpio, a 1 calle UMAE
Tuve que hospedarme en esta zona por un familiar que tenia internado en el UMAE. Esta a 1 cuadra del hospital, pero es lo mejor que podran encontrar si no quieren rentan un cuarto que quien sabe como esten. El hotel esta limpio, es nuevo y las habitaciones estan bien, limpias, y comodas. Tambien tiene lavanderia en la parte de abajo asi que si hubiera requerido una estancia mas larga eso es un valor agregado para lavar la ropa durante la estancia.

Nefasto el Servicio del Hotel WOO
Reserve con 3 dias de anticipacion avisando que llegaria el Domingo a las 10 am ya que ellos Promocionan que su Check in es a partir de la 8 am, y ademas quería asegurar que la habit sea con 1 cama doble, buenos pues llego el Domingo a lanhors indicada y no habia nadie en recepción, la chica de limpieza es quien me recibio y al preguntar por mi reservacion le dijeron hasta las 3 pm me harian el check In que no tenian habitacion, que estaban llenos por lo que claramente no respetaron la promoción del check aún que le avicé al hotel con 3 dias de anticipación. No regreso jamas a ese hotel y ya tengo mis dudas de seguir usando Hotels.com ya que no hubo manera de comunicarme con ellos para reportar esta situación y me ayuden, tuve que irme a otro hotel haciendome pasar un mal dia por todo lo que me complicaron el ajustar mi horario de llegada.

Deberían de poner mas atención en el servicio en Recepción, el amigo que me atendió le falta ser más amable, en un principio no queria reconocerme el precio secreto, me hizo esperar pidiendo autorización, al pagar con tarjeta de debito me cobró un cargo adicional del 5%
