I was charged double when I got there Then they said parking was close so I had the car at 6am a moved it then they said I had to pay for parking then the toilet and the toliet had issues

I booked this property trusting the images but once arrived property and rooms are in poor conditions. Bathrooms smell and rooms do not have windows giving you the feeling you are in box. Parking is across the street and is open only from 7am to 12pm. Since the parking is public you have to pay $20 pesos x hour out of your allowance or included in your rate only from 8pm to 8am. Location is convenient, right in Merida downtown.

Very clean and great location at an affordable rate. The only downside is parking is only included for 22 hours a day which makes no sense. If you have a car I ado not recommend. They did tell me at check in but a discount of parking is better than none.

Nasty cockroaches every lizard and so many mosquitoes every where I wish I can share the pictures I booked it for 4 nights I needed up canceling after the fist night

Lo mejor es la ubicacion, a solo dos cuadras de la plaza principal. Para mi, un inconveniente es el estacionamiento pues el que brinda el hotel solo es por la noche y de dia, es con costo adicional.

Al baño le hacía parte de la puerta del baño, y se moja hasta la taza del baño. El penúltimo día, no pusieron papel, ni dejaron botes de agua.

Muy buena ubicación, limpio, agradable, buen servicio, todo funciona bien, solo lo malo es el servicio de estacionamiento, no puedes tener la libertad para llegar en cualquier momento y abren hasta las 8 am lo que dificulta las salidas a actividades desde temprano.
