For the price point and location this hotel is great. The best part is the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. I liked its traditional Mexican atmosphere and we were so close to shopping and wonderful restaurants the ad on Expedia mentioned a pool but there was no pool there. We are not pool people so it didn’t affect us

The staff was making many wonderful improvements to the exterior while we were there. Nothing intrusive. We hope they can address small thing like ceiling cracks and chipping paint in the guest rooms. Great value.

For the price it was great. Excellent location and very walkable. Only issues is we had were no hot water the two days we stayed. And the fridge didn’t work either. The door didn’t have a deadbolt either. Our friends who stayed in a different location in the hotel did have hot water

La ubicación del hotel es a 4 minutos caminando del Paso Montejo. Muchas opciones de comidas y pasar un buen rato. La estructura del hotel necesita mantenimiento en los baños y techos. La neverita del hotel tenía cinta adhesiva y la tabla de planchar era sumamente vieja. Pienso que con eso, el hotel para mi, tiene 3.5 de 5. El precio, formidable.

The mattress in my room had to be in the top five best of all time, very firm and comfortable. Very congenial staff, good hospitality skills. Know that this hotel is not so easy to find, although only a few blocks from Paseo de Montejo - ADO driver from airport nor his dispatcher never heard of it, so we drove around a bit. Make sure your Spanish is good - mine was not, and problems ensued. The staff tries very hard, I must say. Hopefully, their internet service has improved since I was there.

My daughter and I really enjoyed oyur stay at Hotel Holly. This small, cute hotel is just off the Paseo Montejo, close to many shops and restaurants. It is in a safe, quiet and peaceful area within an easy walking distance to the city center. Our room was spacious. This hotel was an excellent value. We would not hesitate to stay here again. On the downside the wifi was spotty and slow. The pool is missing some tiles, so it looks a little shabby, but functional. This would not be a place for super picky people. For us it was perfect.

The hotel was convenient (not in the main square part of town but a cheap Uber or taxi ride). There is off street parking and the room was very comfortable and clean. The shower was one of the best I've had in Mexico -- hot water and water pressure both! We ended up here because another hotel (Hotel Peregrino) cancelled our reservation (saying they don't accept the card I used to confirm the reservation but without contacting me for another -- it was a busy weekend in town so I suspect they got a better offer for the room). Either way, we were happy with Hotel Holly and would stay there again.
