The location of the hotel is great and the staff were friendly. Breakfast can be improved. The towels are way too old and broken, for which the house keepers leave too few towels every day (only one small towel for two people and we have to ask for towels every day). Show head is too old and inconvenient to use. The toilet water will jump out when no one is using—bad sewage system. We ended up wiping the toilet seat all the time. Overall, the terrible bathroom made the whole stay very uncomfortable.

The bath towels looks old and durty the first day I have 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and the second day just the bath towels. The room is ok. They don’t have enough employees the guy who clean the table in the diningroom is the same who is in the front desk

A Holiday Inn with No Knives for Breakfast! The toaster was a residential one! Breakfast was included, Not even an American Breakfast! Never Again! And it’s my second time there! Will. Ever never refer This Hotel to anyone!

Clean and spacious room, but there was a permanent sound of a fan that was quite persistent. The neighbourhood was amazing with a lot of great places to eat and do shopping.

The staff was very helpful and courteous but the room had very poor facilities. It was very hot outside but in the room there were no refrigerators to have cool drinking water. Also parking prices were was not included in the stay and we had to pay extra for parking our car for 2 nights. I would skip it next time.

Orbitz lists laundry at this property but none is available. Need to update. Otherwise, we had a very good experience despite a tropical storm where we spent one day locked up in room. Hotel provided a breakfast meal box, coffee and juice for us to eat in our room that day. Nice!

Hotel is very cute. I have many expectations. You do need 2 different key cards, 1 for the elevator and your room door, 1 for the electricity in your room which I thought was interesting. I speak a little Spanish, enough to be polite. English is spoken here, even if it’s also enough to be polite so overall a WIN! Someone carried my bag upstairs and showed me how the electricity worked and made sure I didn’t get lost. Breakfast was very good. 10/10
