Hotel X'Kanlol is a pleasant surprise - unassuming yet has the goods. It's a few minutes walk from the main plaza, and is situated near a bus terminal. Its facade and reception area are basic. The room, however, is rightfully what awaits one's attention. The layout is also simple, yet carefully thought out to provide space, function, comfort, and a beautiful ambience. The property is well maintained and kept clean.

Overbooked our room and said the reservation was canceled by Expedia (after validation with Expedia team it's him who canceled) on our arrival without calling us before! You should avoid to book here!
