Horrible Service
The location is good. We as a family would not stay again. Rude; very rude manager. Our room was filled with ants. We were only offered the spray to clean and the next day housekeeping did not come to clean the dead ants. We had too. The cleaning people didn't even come. Extra key to clean was missing. So two days room left with dead ants and no cleaning done. Was not offered anything at all

Comfortable Arenal Apartment
The apartment was lovely. But i thought it was slightly over priced for what it was. The pool was clean and well looked after. Easy checking in and out. Arenal was a beautiful location to explore the island from.

Great location and close to beach.
We found our apartments in a fabulous location with views of the sea. The pool was well kept and not over busy and the grounds were well maintained. The apartment although basic was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for our stay. The staff were helpful and polite. Use of the courtesy room for a late departure was welcomed after a day by the pool. The resort itself was calm and not noisy or rowdy and the use of the sister hotels facilities - Isla Paraiso -across the road was a benefit. There were two supermarkets also across the road and the one had a great bakery and sold fresh fruit. We had plenty of choices to eat in the restaurants - would recommend sitting outside at Whites Bar for stunning views. The Mirador - very good-was next door and had a pool bar. The beach was perfect for my daughter who has a fear of the sea. She even took to snorkelling as the sea was so clear and calm- that was a result. When the winds ( common in north Menorca) came we went on coastal walks and the scenery was stunning. We walked over to Son Parc which also had an idealic beach. A great holiday in a fabulous location. Would definitely go again.

Room was clean but very basic, not enough kitchen facilities to do more than fry or warm up something. Beds and sofa not very comfortable but for a cheap place to stay if you plan to be out all day it was fine.

If your looking for a traditional Spanish feel then stay here, simple apartments, not much entetainment, but you can go over road to other Hotel, lovely reception staff, great side of the bay, lots of lovely Spanish locals, better than the big hotels

Close to the beach
Nice beach - not much to do but great for a getaway. Food is isn't great and expensive for what you get. Alots of supermarkets if you are self catering( again expensive but they are only small). Mahon only 2.60 euros on the bus - very good service. My apartment was on the ground floor and due to access from the main road didnt feel safe to keep the windows open.

Super accueil très réactif, les clés du logement nous ont était remis dès notre arrivé à 10h bien avant l'heure prévu. L'appartement très propre, spacieux et fonctionnel avec une très belle vue sur la plage. Le village d'aresnal d'en castel et juste magnifique avec une plage superbe je recommande vivement merci à l'ensemble du personnel

el hotel en sí no esta mal , esta limpio pero los armarios de las habilitaciones huelen a humedad los armarios también y en la cocina no hay ni estropajo ni jabon ni trapos para limpiar pero en general esta bien solo para dormir se descansa muy bien

Negativo: la cocina. No se puede cocinar en ella. De los dos fuegos, uno no funcionaba, los cacharros viejísimos y rallados, la bañera desconchada, el sofá incomodísimo. Positivo: Cerca de la playa y del supermercado.Las camas cómodas. Por la noche, se puede hacer corriente de aire y no se pasa calor.

Casa disadorna sporca e maltenuta
Splendida vista mare ma appartamento to poco confortevole e sporco. Secondo ed ultimo piano senza condizionatore. Scarsa manutenzione. Previsto un cambio lenzuola e due cambi asciugamani(anche quelli vecchi e mal conci) settimanali. Gli asciugamani ci sono stati dati, le lenzuola no. Quando solo andata a chiederle mi è stato risposto che un soggiorno di 10 giorni non giustifica un cambio lenzuola e che avremmo dovuto restare almeno 15 giorni per averle. Peccato che la regola del cambio settimanale l'avessero stabilità loro stessi. Non parliamo poi dell'interlocutrice della reception:poco accogliente, sfuggente e scostante. Poco inglese e nessuno sforzo per farsi capire in spagnolo Un' ultima cosa ma non di minore importanza:le formiche. Una vera e propria invasione. Ce n'erano ovunque, nei letti in bagno ed in primis in cucina. Insomma se non fosse stato per la compagnia piacevole e lo splendido mare sarebbe stata una vacanza veramente da dimenticare.

Apartamentos obsoletos. Los colchones son mortales. El mobiliario anticuado y deteriorado. Los espacios muy reducidos por lo cual no te revuelves. El baño tenia la tapa rota. Te mueres de calor ya que no disponen de aire acondicionado ni ventiladores. Hay mosquitos a patadas. A mi hija la acribillaron por las noches y que decir del ejercito de hormigas que correteaba por todas partes. Hasta se subian alas camas. Puede que otros apartamentos fuesen mas decentes pero a nosotros nos dieron la purrela. Una basura en fin.

Los Apartamentos están muy bien ubicados , con una playa cercana estupenda , la atención de los empleados es buena e intentan solucionar cualquier problema que surja . La instalaciones son viejas y necesita una buena reforma , aunque tiene todo lo necesario, la pisicina esta muy bien , las camas son cómodas pero las almohadas muy deficientes. hay un supermercado muy cerca y locales de restauración y ocio . Apartamento sucio, muebles anticuados, camas de muelles incomodísimas, utensilios de cocina sucios y casi inexistentes. Baño increiblemente estrecho (si te sientas en el vater te das en la cabeza con la ventana y con el pecho en la pica), la puerta principal no cierra bien, no hay aire ni ventiladores,la piscina suele estar sucia. Check out a las 9'30am. La antena de la minúscula tele falla mucho.

Einfach eingerichtete Appartmentanlage. Alles schon älter, aber nach wie vor gut im Schuss. Ich habe ein Upgrade in eine grössere Wohnung erhalten als gebucht. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und mit viel Natur. Wer auf Luxus verzichten kann, ist hier genau richtig. Preis-Leistung top.

Se lo recomiendo a todos. Hay comentarios de gente que se queja por las camas, hormigas, la tele... Nuestro apartamento estaba limpio al llegar, en las camas se duerme bien aunque no sea un colchón de látex, la televisión de plasma, etc... Si quieres conocer Menorca y vas estar poco tiempo en el apartamento ideal. Hormigas solo hubo una vez 4 o 5 porque dejamos unas migas en el suelo. Si esta limpio no hay. Las personas que opinan mal de este alojamiento deben de ser muy especiales y pijos porque necesitan todo lujos de detalles para poder dormir agusto. Apart. baratos y buenos para conocer la isla, es decir, para desayunar, comer fuera y dormir relajado cuando llegues
