Getting Out Of Town
My 86 yo mother and her 81 yo best friend are both grieving the death of a dear loved one and said they needed to get out of town. This place was peaceful, relaxing, and a great place for a reset. I was very comfortable in the upstairs bedroom while the ladies enjoyed the downstairs. Sitting on the back porch while the sun set was a wonderful time of reflection and reminiscence. Our loved ones went through heaven's gate, and we found comfort at Heaven's Gate.

Wonderful Weekend!
We had a great weekend at this cabin! The cabin was clean and well kept. Our kids enjoyed fishing in the pond and loved spotting deer every morning in the back yard! We come to Mentone a couple of times a year and we will stay here again.

The cabin was amazing and great! We loved it! Great location near Desoto Falls and Martha Falls! The outdoor areas are really nice too! The only downside was that swimming isn’t allowed in the little pond/lake.

Little family getaway!
Our family really enjoyed staying in this beautiful cabin over the weekend! It was so relaxing and the perfect size for our family. The view from the front/back porch was peaceful and we loved the comfy chairs and swings. We also had a great time playing ping pong and board games together. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin!

Excellent Place
Chris and his wife are the best host/hostesses you could ask for. Everything was perfect and their place was AWESOME!! I was hoping to get to meet them in person but we just didn't have enough time. I would stay there again and in fact aI plan on it and possibly one of their other places. The cabin was beautiful, cleaner than any hospital I have ever been to. Anyone should consider it a privlidge to get tp0 stay in one of their homes you can tell they take a lot of pride in what they own. Thank yo uso much Chris for working with me and your wife is awesome also tell her thank you!! Look forward to staying again.
